I love the soft texture you were going for in this artwork. It blends the colors together very well. The folds in the clothing and the way you shaded it is also excellent and very skillful. The background is nice yet simple and the outline around the character is a nice touch.

Looking at your other artworks, it seems you have a certain style in your artwork so my critique might not be the way you want to draw so take what I have to say with a grain of salt. One of the few things I can critique about this is how the face is structured. I think the angle where the chin meets the cheek is too sharp and might look better if the line was rounded a little. You could also add more detail into the hair, e.g. individual strands with varying length with contrasting colors. The nose and mouth are too close to each other so maybe make the nose a bit smaller.
